Job summary

Elevance Health's BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Customer Associate to respond to customer inquiries about retail and mail-order prescriptions. The role supports multiple shifts from 8:00am to 10:00pm and requires a hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence 1–2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automated customer service environment preferred.
• Healthcare or pharmacy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions.
• Coordinate with internal functions to ensure requests are handled promptly.
• Conduct necessary research to provide proactive, thorough solutions.
• Demonstrate ownership of service requests with high-quality resolution and follow-through.
• Assist customers with options and guide them in using available tools and resources.
