Job summary

The Hybrid Sales Representative engages customers through remote and face-to-face channels to promote brand messaging, develop relationships with targeted accounts, and meet territory goals.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and pharmaceutical sales experience, with virtual selling and specialty pharma experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• 1+ year therapeutic area experience preferred.
• Virtual sales experience required.
• Specialty pharmaceutical experience required.
• Experience using digital resources and triggers.
• Product certification by client preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales call activity and cover vacant territories, including remote and face-to-face engagements.
• Engage with HCPs face to face as needed when opportunities arise.
• Utilize digital resources and technology to connect with HCPs.
• Engage assigned HCP targets in program discussions to reach territory goals post-launch.
• Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs and develop business plans to achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively using approved messaging and negotiate with customers.
• Maintain disease/state program knowledge and comply with pre/post-launch activities.
• Enter data in CRM and coordinate hand-offs to appropriate personnel.
• Travel in the field up to 30% as required.
