Amplity, the full‑service go‑to partner for biopharma, is seeking a Hybrid Sales Representative to drive growth through a mix of virtual and field engagement across US territories. You will promote pharmaceutical products, build long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, and deliver value-based presentations while meeting sales targets and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Pharmaceutical experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven record of accomplishment of consistent success in sales performance.
• Adaptable working in a remote virtual sales environment as well as the ability to travel as needed to cover vacant territories in the field.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative, engaging, and persuasive approach.
• Travel and time-zone flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products through virtual channels and in-field interactions to achieve targets.
• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to build trust and loyalty.
• Deliver value-based sales presentations using clinical knowledge and product expertise through remote engagement tools and in-person meetings.
• Develop territory business plans by analyzing sales data and leveraging virtual and field strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity, market dynamics, and industry trends to adapt strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to ensure aligned customer engagement.
• Demonstrate patient-centric communication of product benefits to support better health outcomes.
• Prioritize daily tasks and administrative responsibilities to maximize productivity.
