Job summary

Amplity, a full-service biopharma partner, seeks a Hybrid Sales Representative in the United States to drive growth through both field and virtual engagement across assigned territories. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver compelling, evidence-based presentations, and strive to achieve sales targets while maintaining regulatory and ethical standards.

Travel and remote work across time zones are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience with targets met.
• Ability to travel to open territories and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products through virtual channels and in-field visits to achieve targets.
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to drive product adoption.
• Deliver value-based presentations using clinical knowledge and product expertise.
• Develop territory business plans and use data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to align customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
