Job summary

Arizona Humane Society is seeking a dedicated Pet Resource Center specialist to support pet parents and the community. This hybrid role combines work from home with on-site duties at the South Mountain Campus, with a schedule 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and weekend availability.

You will handle incoming calls, provide resources, schedule appointments, and maintain data across databases. The role requires a high school diploma and customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years in customer service or call center.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use multiple databases while talking with customers.
• Ability to answer inbound calls and make outbound callbacks promptly.
• Ability to adapt to changes and expansions quickly.
• Demonstrates resilience in high-stress situations.
• Meets or exceeds KPIs and goals.
• Weekend work availability required.

Responsibilities

• Handle constant incoming calls from multiple queues and make outbound callbacks.
• Provide resources and information through compassionate counseling.
