The course blends online instruction with in-person meetings in a hybrid format for the Spring 2026 semester or future adjunct pool participation.

Qualifications

• Collegiate teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional experience in negotiation positions is preferred.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Management, Business, Leadership, or related field required or preferred depending on candidate.

Responsibilities

• Teach Persuasion and Negotiation at the Master's degree level.
• Answer student emails promptly and be willing to schedule occasional appointments to meet with students, via phone or virtual.
