Brightway Insurance – The Caldwell Agency in Cumming, GA is hiring a Licensed Sales Producer for a hybrid role focused on personal lines insurance. If you’re motivated by growth, you’ll build a book through a mix of provided and self-sourced leads and actively network within the community.

The position offers base pay plus commission (26k base, 25% new business), 15 days PTO in year one, and half-day Fridays once a month, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of insurance experience required.
• Active Property & Casualty license required at hire.
• Hunter/farmer mentality and self-starter.
• Strong phone and community networking skills.
• Base pay: $26K + commission (25% new business).
• Bonuses and promotions tied to production.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty personal lines insurance using a consultative sales approach.
• Build and manage a mix of provided and self-sourced leads.
• Actively network and attend community/industry events to generate new business.
• Work toward production-based incentives and staff promotions.
• Contribute to the agency’s growth goals and Elite status rebuilding.
