Job summary

Brightway Insurance, The Thompson Agency in Athens, GA, is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. You will build and manage a book of business by selling personal and commercial policies to new and existing clients.

This is a sales-focused, client-facing role that rewards prospecting and strong service. A valid P&C license is required, and the hybrid schedule allows both in-office and remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Active P&C insurance license required.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or related field.
• Self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and marketing.
• Build relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and sell insurance products from multiple carriers.
• Cross-sell and upsell to maximize policy retention and account growth.
• Provide ongoing service and support to maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
