Job summary

The Partners Group in Renton, WA, is seeking an Associate Account Manager for its Personal Lines team. You will act as the primary contact for clients, coordinate policy changes, answer coverage questions, and support claims and remarketing to help retain clients.

This role rewards relationship-building, attention to detail, and ongoing learning within insurance. Office-based with a hybrid remote option after 90 days, the position offers 40 hours per week, a salary of $24.00–$28.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• 5+ years customer service experience, including 3+ years in an independent insurance agency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of personal lines products and coverages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and carrier systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions for assigned clients.
• Quote new business and additional coverage lines.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Complete remarketing activities to maintain competitive coverage.
• Partner with advisors and teammates to support client needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
