Job summary

This role collaborates with architects, engineers, and administrative staff to keep projects on track, maintain accurate permitting data, and communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Technical computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) are essential.
• Experience in technical project teams is preferred.
• Experience researching planning and zoning approvals with municipalities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and outreach to permitting jurisdictions to research processes and timelines.
• Record and report research findings to internal teams and clients.
• Monitor review progress after submission to ensure project timelines stay on track.
• Maintain organized permitting data and support project teams with scheduling.
