Qualifications

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Reporting, Research & Analysis: runs reports, validates revenue data, and analyzes premium revenue and related streams.
  • Gathers and validates financial and enrollment data from internal and external sources.
  • Supports RAF and financial data needs of the program through data collection and organization.
  • Runs data for models to assess the impact of regulatory changes, enrollment trends and market dynamics on revenue.
  • Variance analysis: identifies variances between actual and projected revenue and pursues follow-up research.
  • Compliance & Documentation: ensures reporting adheres to policies and regulatory guidelines; maintains documentation for audits.
  • Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned.
