MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Southeast Michigan. The role combines in-person clinic hours with virtual work, offering a salaried position, paid holidays, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow eligibility.
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice and swallowing disorders.
• Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for continued progress.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
• Participate in clinical meetings, professional development and research opportunities.
