Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Southeast Michigan is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a hybrid schedule featuring in-clinic and at-home days. The role emphasizes evidence-based, play-based interventions within a multidisciplinary team, with an unlimited CEU budget and opportunities for leadership growth.

The position is full-time with a clear path for productivity bonuses and a competitive benefits package including PTO, holidays, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or CF eligibility required.
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
• Collaborate with families to provide home-based techniques for progress.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor therapy to each child’s needs.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
• Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.
