Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary team and help children reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility) and/or state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for continued progress.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child’s needs.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
• Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.
