Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients upon arrival; update demographics and insurance information.
• Check-out patients; collect balances and provide visit summaries.
• Verify patient insurance through Batch Eligibility and contact inactive coverage.
• Post patient charges and payments; reconcile records.
• Scan and upload documents in the Document Management System.
• Sort mail and PA documents; maintain a clean waiting area.
• Participate in staff and educational meetings.
