Responsibilities

• Serve as PD D&R Engineer for main control valve body, mechanical pump, electrical pump, and torque converter components.
• Take ownership of the component; liaise with technical specialists and suppliers.
• Define component duty cycles with Ford analytical teams and systems engineers.
• Lead teams through validation of components and sub-assemblies.
• Lead structured root cause investigations.
• Define ES Specs for components and suppliers.
• Complete design assessments including design rules, requirements, and print updates.
