Job summary

Kelly is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for a hybrid opportunity with Bausch + Lomb in Bridgewater, NJ. You will review timecards, reconcile payroll data, and work with third-party providers to ensure accurate biweekly payroll processing.

The role offers conversion to a permanent Bausch + Lomb employee after ~6 months, with eligibility for the annual bonus program. Compensation includes $30-$35/hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of payroll or payroll administration experience.
• Payroll certification or formal payroll training (e.g., FPC) or comparable training.
• Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals and ability to explain the payroll process.

Responsibilities

• Support biweekly payroll processing in partnership with third-party providers.
• Review and audit timecards, identifying and correcting discrepancies before payroll submission.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and validations for complete and accurate data.
• Reconcile payroll information for new hires, terminations, changes, and leaves of absence.
• Research and resolve employee questions involving pay, deductions, taxes, time reporting.
• Monitor payroll communications and provide timely, professional responses to employees and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and external payroll providers.
• Assist with payroll audits, reporting, and special projects.
• Work with payroll and HR systems including UKG, ADP, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Utilize Excel for payroll review, reconciliation, tracking, and reporting.
