Agility Robotics is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing across states, with strong attention to detail and collaboration with People Operations and Accounting. The role supports relocation and RSU payroll, tax notices, audits, and ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive payroll experience.
• Experience processing biweekly payroll in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multi-state payroll.
• Experience with payroll data validation, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with payroll taxes, notices, or compliance preferred.
• Experience with equity/RSU payroll processing is a plus.
• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Validate payroll data, hours, earnings, deductions, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, garnishments, and mandates.
• Respond to tax notices and coordinate resolutions.
• Review inputs for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain payroll records per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions.
• Support relocation-related payroll processing and RSU payroll.
