Job summary

Arcoro, a rapidly growing SaaS company serving the construction and contracting industries, is seeking a Payroll & HR Support Specialist to resolve platform issues and provide real-time or follow-up solutions.

You will triage customer issues, work with product & development teams to address recurring payroll software bugs, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work in PHX with on-site and remote options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, B2B SaaS support or payroll-related roles.
• Fundamental Payroll Certification or equivalent credentials.
• Experience with payroll software and benefits features is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage customer issues and escalate to second level support as needed.
• Clarify client requests, determine causes and provide best resolutions.
• Respond to tickets, chat, email, and phone inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to address recurring bugs.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
