Job summary

Arcoro is seeking a Payroll & HR Support Specialist to be the trusted adviser for customers running payroll and managing benefits on the Arcoro platform. You will assist construction payroll & HR administrators, diagnose issues, and deliver clear solutions across tickets, chat, email, and phone.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to create lasting fixes, document workflows, and help customers stay compliant while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer service, SaaS support, or technical support.
• Solid payroll knowledge and a feel for how payroll processes work.
• Understanding of benefits administration and payroll compliance.
• Excellent communication and a genuine customer-first instinct.
• A structured, logical approach to untangling complex problems.
• Comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work hybrid from our Phoenix office.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert our customers' payroll and HR administrators count on when they have questions about the Arcoro platform
• Diagnose issues, find the root cause, and deliver clear solutions that stick
• Support administrators where they are, across tickets, chat, email, and phone
• Partner with Product and Engineering to turn recurring issues into lasting fixes
• Manage multiple channels with ease (Zendesk, Outlook, Teams)
• Follow escalation paths and document your work so the whole team gets smarter
• Build the kind of customer relationships that make people glad they chose Arcoro
