Arcoro is seeking a Payroll and HR Support Specialist to join our hybrid team in Phoenix. You will troubleshoot payroll and benefits rules within our SaaS platform, balancing deep technical work with high-touch customer communication.

Ideal candidates bring payroll know-how, strong service orientation, and experience supporting SaaS customers. The role emphasizes collaboration with product teams and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Fundamental Payroll Certification or equivalent credentials.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations.
• 3+ years in a customer service, B2B SaaS support, technical service, or related role with payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying client requests and guiding to solutions.
• Responds to support requests via tickets, chat, email, and phone.
• Work closely with product and development teams to address recurring payroll software bugs.
• Maintain client relationships with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate ability to tackle problems using logical, systematic approaches.
• Monitor communication through Zendesk, Outlook, Teams, and other channels.
