In this hybrid payroll-focused role you will drive process improvements, adopt new tools, extract data for analysis, and support audits and year-end activities while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of payroll administration or business analysis experience.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; proficient with MS Office and HRMS/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Fully support and implement process improvement initiatives within the payroll function; identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Facilitate adoption of new tools and technology in payroll; evaluate software, provide staff training, and ensure integration.
• Extract payroll data and convert it into meaningful information for analysis and reporting.
• Prepare documents for internal and third-party audits and annual reporting; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with regular payroll runs; verify tax payments and filings for regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on payroll-related regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures within payroll.
• Support Year End processes to ensure accurate tax filings.
• Provide testing support for payroll projects and required system tests.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
