Leoforce is seeking a Payroll Analyst for a hybrid role in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely compensation, balancing quarterly accounts, and handling payroll investigations.

You will work with Dayforce, ADP, and Workday to automate processes, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years payroll experience.
• Proficiency with Dayforce, ADP and Workday is required.
• Experience with payroll automation and investigations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize payroll software to automate processes.
• Conduct quarterly balances and provide reports on payroll activities.
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related inquiries or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure seamless data integration.
• Stay updated on federal and state payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
• Assist in development and implementation of payroll procedures and policies.
