SRS Acquiom Inc. is seeking a Payments Analyst to join our high-performing Operations team in a fast-moving, data-heavy environment. You’ll manage payment workflows, shareholder documentation, and compliance tasks within a dynamic setting.

You’ll interact with sophisticated investors, handle PII with discretion, and balance autonomy with teamwork on diverse projects. This role offers hybrid Denver-office work or remote options across the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in operations, financial services, or other documentation-heavy roles.
• Comfort working with large volumes of data and handling sensitive information.
• High attention to detail; accuracy matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization.
• Strong written communication skills for stakeholder correspondence and handoffs.
• Self-motivation to manage a busy workload.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Adobe, and document workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Letters of Transmittal and other legal documentation via mail and email, complete data entry, and maintain system integrity.
• Interact with security holders by phone/email regarding deficiencies after packet review.
• Create payment files to meet daily payment deadlines.
• Process returned payments and stop checks; own individual transactions.
• Track document retention requirements and implement procedures for proper disposal to stay FINRA-compliant.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Maintain a flexible schedule; occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
