• Monitor application status and respond to payer requests; resolve issues.
• Manage provider revalidations, recredentialing, and expirables (licenses, certifications).
• Communicate enrollment status to revenue cycle, operations, compliance, and providers.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; participate in process improvements.
