Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a front desk, medical receptionist, or Medical Assistant role.
• Experience in insurance verification is preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant in California is required for clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage prior authorizations.
• Perform diagnostic procedures if MA certified.
