Job summary

Revere Health in Heber seeks a reliable Patient Care Assistant/Receptionist to join our clinic as a full-time, long-term team member. The role blends patient care and front desk duties to deliver an excellent patient experience, with an 8am-5pm schedule, Monday–Friday, 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vital signs, registering patients, updating demographics, scheduling, collecting co-pays, and documenting orders and referrals.

Qualifications

• 2 years as a Patient Care Assistant/Medical Assistant.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in customer service-related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare patients for medical examinations.
• Register patients at the front desk and provide courteous service.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments accurately and confirm with patients.
• Collect co-payments and reconcile daily cash.
• Answer calls and route messages; document orders and lab tests.
• Document follow-up activities for health maintenance and quality care.
