Qualifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 1+ years of directly relevant IP or patent litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience drafting and analyzing patent claim charts.
• Strong understanding of patent law and infringement litigation.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to own complex assignments.
• Associate-level candidates preferred; senior attorneys with relevant experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Draft, analyze, and refine patent claim charts for active infringement litigation.
• Help develop case strategy for complex, high-stakes patent disputes.
• Conduct substantive patent litigation analysis and support case preparation.
• Work closely with experienced trial attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Take ownership of meaningful assignments with limited day-to-day oversight.
• Help prepare matters for hearings, depositions, trial, and other milestones.
• Contribute creative legal and strategic thinking to IP disputes.
• Build courtroom and trial experience while developing as a patent litigator.
