Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of relevant experience in engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of patents or intellectual property processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC, industrial, or mechanical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to identify new inventions and innovations.
• Conduct patent searches and review existing technologies.
• Coordinate with external patent counsel to prepare and file patent applications.
