Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience including internship, NPD, quality, sustainability, lifecycle, product support.
• HVAC or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Support projects regarding commercial scroll products, with a focus on post-launch engineering activities.
• Coordinate prototyping, testing and validation activities.
• Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to advance new product development.
• Identify risks and execute development and testing plans to mitigate risks.
• Communicate milestones and technical details to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality requirements and regulatory compliance.
