Job summary

IP Recruiter Group invites a Patent Attorney to join a hybrid/remote team in the US, focusing on drafting and prosecuting patents for leading clients in automotive, robotics, machinery, and related fields.

You’ll work with flexible targets and AI-enabled tools, with robust support for client development and profit sharing. A strong candidate will have a technical BS, 2+ years in patent work, and bar admissions.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Physics or Materials Science required.
• At least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and patent prosecution experience.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality patents across complex technologies.
• Strong interpersonal communication for client interactions and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patents for major domestic clients across diverse technologies.
• Provide opinions, due diligence, PTAB support, and potential trademark work if desired.
