Qualifications

• 2–6 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Electrical or mechanical engineering background.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and writing skills.
• Active USPTO registration; ABA-accredited law degree.
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; ability to license in MN or IA.

Responsibilities

• Lead patent prosecution and manage complex portfolios.
• Provide client counseling on IP strategy and freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Support IP litigation and due diligence projects as needed.
• Collaborate across technologies with internal and external teams.
