Job summary

Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s Division of State Patrol seeks a Transportation Safety Program Associate (Office Operations Associate) to provide administrative and program support for the Bureau of Transportation Safety and Technical Services (BOTS) and related programs.

The position is part-time at 20 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule and required on-site presence at the Hill Farms Building in Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing and prioritizing work assignments.
• Experience interacting with a diverse group of business partners including external and internal parties.
• Experience using Microsoft Office or similar products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program documentation, certification records, and student information.
• Perform database maintenance and support event coordination.
• Provide administrative and program support to transportation safety programs within BOTS.
• Assist with scheduling and office operations as needed.
