ARKA Restaurant Group is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Restaurant Cost Analyst to support five locations. This hybrid role combines financial analysis with inventory and cost-control responsibilities, collaborating with culinary and operations leadership to optimize food costs and profitability.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, P&L experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Prior restaurant, hospitality, or cost-control experience is preferred, with a proactive, analytical

Competenze

• Degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field required.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
• Experience reviewing or working with Profit & Loss statements.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.

Mansioni

• Inventory & Cost Control: monitor and analyze inventory results across five locations; review counts, usage, costs, waste, and variances; identify discrepancies and investigate causes.
• Inventory & Restaurant Systems: build and maintain inventory systems; ensure recipes and POS items are costed; update ingredient costs.
• P&L & Financial Analysis: assist with monthly P&Ls; analyze sales, costs, labor, expenses and financial metrics; identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare recurring reports; identify trends; support development of improved reporting processes.
