Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience as Pricing, Financial, Business, Data, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience analyzing data and developing quantitative or financial reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product, vendor, purchasing, and pricing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate product costs, vendor performance, alternative products, and sourcing opportunities to support purchasing decisions.
• Identify and quantify opportunities to improve margins, procurement strategies, and overall cost performance.
• Analyze transportation and supply chain costs to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
• Develop recommendations based on quantitative analysis and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting around key business metrics and KPIs.
• Measure performance against targets and benchmarks.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.
• Standardize reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize purchasing, pricing, reporting, and supply chain processes.
• Maintain SOPs related to analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations to develop solutions.
• Support implementation of new reporting tools and analytics methodologies.
