Qualifications

• Collects new and/or reviews previously collected patient health information.
• Works directly with providers to formulate a plan of care to address unique patient needs and achieve desired outcome(s).
• Accurately tracks lab reports, imaging, pathology reports and other information for timely return.

Responsibilities

• Assists doctors in the treatment of patients and coordinates office operations.
• Assigns tasks to and monitors performance of office staff.
• Maintains timely and accurate patient and business records.
• Participates in staff meetings and helps implement new processes and procedures.
• Performs other tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
