Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Gastroenterology team in Longmont, Colorado. The 100% outpatient clinic treats up to 14 patients per day with strong physician collaboration and mentorship.

The ideal candidate has GI experience, is a team player, and focused on excellent patient care. This role features a Monday–Friday schedule, no call, nights, or weekends, and EPIC EMR is used system-wide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (PA) or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Unrestricted license to practice as PA in Colorado or as NP in state of practice.
• PA-C or NP-C certification (if PA or NP path) required for hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent patient care in a GI outpatient clinic with physician mentorship.
• Collaborate with gastroenterology physicians to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality care in EPIC EMR.
• Contribute to a team-based environment with a focus on patient satisfaction.
