Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Must reside in California and within a reasonable commuting distance of Ontario, CA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health therapy services with children and teens.
• Training and experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Competency in treating trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders.
• Commitment to culturally competent, inclusive, and ethical mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals ages 6 and older, with a caseload aligned with your scheduled part-time hours.
• Use evidence-based interventions to address trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and depressive disorders.
• Incorporate play therapy and other child-centered interventions when appropriate.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete timely, accurate progress notes and maintain client records.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and multidisciplinary team members to support client care.
