Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Jr Data Analyst to join our team in Ashburn, VA. This part-time hybrid role combines on-site presence 2–3 days a week with remote work.

You will support CBP data tasks, dashboards, and reporting while learning agency data tools and methodologies. You will collaborate with intel analysts, architects, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and timely delivery of ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications

• AS/BS/MS in a data-related field or relevant internship.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; basic Python or R.
• Attention to detail; ability to follow technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dashboards and generate recurring reports under guidance.
• Perform basic data validation and cleaning for accuracy.
• Document data sources, queries, and reporting processes.
• Review large volumes of sensitive data for CBP initiatives.
• Collaborate with intel analysts, architects, data scientists, and stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc requests and participate in training to build tool proficiency.
