Job summary

Vetrics Group seeks a Junior Business Process & Performance Analyst in Washington DC to support CBP with data-informed decision-making.

The role focuses on producing quarterly performance reports, driving process improvements, and automating reporting workflows using Power BI, SharePoint, and related tools. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential for success in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

CBP Public Trust Clearance or other government clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
3–5 years of professional experience, preferably with federal government agencies.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Ability to adapt quickly and manage challenges during a time crunch.
Familiarity with Organizational Performance Management frameworks.
Proficiency with Power BI, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
Hybrid position with one day per week in an office in the National Capitol Region.

Responsibilities

Produce, review, and publish quarterly reports using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Communicate with multiple stakeholders to produce reports.
Recommend improved methods, systems, procedures, and/or organizational changes.
Utilize technical applications: Power BI, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint.
Update monthly status reports to communicate completed and planned work.
Complete ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
