Job summary

The Centers is seeking a Quality and Information Analytics Intern to support reporting, quality improvement, and research activities. You will help with data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization across multiple systems, developing reports, dashboards, and training materials that promote accurate data and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or have at least 1 year of experience in Public Health, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Interest in healthcare data, performance measurement, reporting, or quality improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, validation, and preparation across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
• Identify trends and opportunities through analysis of healthcare and operational data.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations communicating KPIs and metrics.
• Collaborate with team to ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting and decision-making.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives by monitoring performance indicators.
