Cella, a Randstad digital company, is seeking a Senior Change Communications Manager to lead the end-to-end supplier communications during a pivotal digital procurement transformation. You will own the messaging deployment to ensure regulatory alignment and sustained stakeholder engagement across global markets.

Hybrid role in North Chicago, IL, offering 20 hours per week and collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to secure governance approvals and regional messaging for supplier

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic change management or internal communications.
• Expert in multi-channel change initiatives and digital workflows.
• Proven ability to translate complex transformations into executive-level strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Integrated Marketing, or Journalism.

Responsibilities

• Architect, edit, and execute end-to-end change management supplier communications across project waves.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to secure governance approvals.
• Spearhead regional messaging adaptation and targeted mailbox distribution strategies.
• Measure post-distribution impact and drive continuous process optimization.
