You will own the messaging deployment to ensure regulatory alignment and sustained stakeholder engagement across global markets.

Are you ready to drive critical strategic messaging for a world-renowned leader in bio-pharmaceuticals? As a Senior Change Communications Manager, you will serve as a consultative partner overseeing high-impact supplier communications during a pivotal digital procurement transformation. You will own the end-to-end messaging deployment to ensure seamless operational continuity, regulatory alignment, and sustained stakeholder engagement across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Architect, edit, and execute end-to-end change management supplier communications across strategic project waves to maintain operational integrity and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership-including Legal, Compliance, and Procurement-to secure multi-stakeholder governance approvals while ensuring strict adherence to organizational standards.
• Spearhead regional messaging adaptation and targeted mailbox distribution strategies to deliver precise, audience-tailored guidance to external supplier networks.
• Measure post-distribution operational impact by evaluating response analytics, routing escalation workflows, and driving continuous process optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience driving strategic change management or internal communications, preferably within the healthcare or bio-pharma space.
• Expert proficiency in managing multi-channel change initiatives and modern digital communication workflows.
• Proven track record of translating complex technical and process transformations into actionable, executive-level communication strategies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, or Journalism; paired with strong business acumen and executive presentation skills.
