Job summary

Bagully Wealth Management in Golden, Colorado, seeks a Business Development & Marketing Associate. This hybrid, part-time role focuses on outbound prospecting, phone conversations, and relationship building to generate qualified introductory meetings.

You will also support social media content, digital marketing, and CRM tracking, reporting to the owner/financial advisor. The position emphasizes sales-driven growth, client acquisition, and collaboration to develop a measurable program.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound telephone sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar prospecting role.
• Confidence initiating telephone conversations with people you have not previously met.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling rejection, following up consistently, and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to communicate professionally with established business owners, professionals, and individuals approaching or enjoying retirement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients who fit the target market.
• Outbound calls to initiate conversations and introduce services.
• Follow up via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
• Build rapport, qualify needs, and schedule introductory meetings.
• Schedule qualified appointments with the financial advisor.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Assist with referral development, networking initiatives, and client acquisition campaigns.
• Create and manage social media content, primarily for LinkedIn and approved platforms.
• Develop posts, graphics, short videos, and educational marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a marketing calendar and track prospecting activity in the CRM.
• Support outreach strategies and improve results.
