Clyde & Co US in Chicago seeks a Paralegal with 0-3 years of experience to thrive in a busy, fast-paced litigation team. You will help manage caseloads, draft and organize documents, and support counsel through all phases of litigation.

Qualifications

• Litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Court websites and efiling procedures.
• Well-developed organization and time management skills
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information; work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workload.
• Willing and able to learn new software.
• Intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a busy caseload.
• Draft, update and maintain spreadsheets to track status of cases.
• Assist in document review, organization and production and prepare privilege logs.
• Assist with depositions, exhibit preparation and digesting deposition transcripts.
• General case maintenance (organization of files such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery).
• Review court dockets and e-filing notifications; assist counsel in all phases of litigation.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery demands and responses, trial lists and other litigation documents.
• Intake and organize voluminous document production from clients, opposing parties, and non-parties
