Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a Paralegal to provide professional legal and operational support on our Phoenix campus. The role involves drafting contracts, conducting research, maintaining records, and assisting attorneys in daily transactions and litigation activities.

Requirements include a paralegal certificate or degree, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a favorable DoD background investigation. 2+ years of paralegal experience, including litigation, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate/degree required or in progress.
• Citizen of the United States.
• Must be able to obtain favorable DoD background investigation.
• Minimum 2+ years paralegal experience, including litigation.

Responsibilities

• Drafts contracts (amendments, consents, NDAs, and service agreements) using templates.
• Performs legal research using standard tools and public databases.
• Assist with litigation case management, discovery, subpoenas, filings, and settlements.
• Manage data, deadlines, and communications with attorneys and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other paralegals and teams to ensure timely reviews.
