TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a detail‑oriented administrative professional to support the Office of the Chief Compliance and Legal Officer in Phoenix. The role handles routine correspondence, document management, mail processing, and supply orders, while maintaining the department’s filing system and assisting with contract management and records requests.
You will coordinate committee meetings, prepare minutes, and provide paraprofessional support to attorneys and paralegals.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES 2-3 DAYS IN OFFICE AT OUR PHOENIX, ARIZONA CAMPUS. Our Department of Defense contract requires US citizenship and a favorably adjudicated DOD background investigation for this position. Veterans, Reservists, Guardsmen and military family members are encouraged to apply!
Supports the Office of the Chief Compliance and Legal Officer (CCLO) with daily office operations. Drafts routine correspondence, maintains and updates departmental documents and spreadsheets, processes incoming and outgoing mail, and orders office supplies. Establishes and maintains department filing system, including assisting with the online contract management system. Coordinates committee meeting logistics, attends meetings, and prepares meeting minutes. Assists the paralegals and attorneys with requests for records, routine legal processes, and requests for subrogation information.
