CBC Companies is seeking a Paralegal in Columbus, OH, to provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys across contracts, litigation, claims, and corporate matters. The role includes contract administration, research, and administrative functions to ensure efficient operations of the legal department.

This hybrid position requires residence in Columbus and in-office attendance for key meetings with leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies from ABA-approved program or Paralegal Certificate from ABA-approved program.
• Proven paralegal work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, faxing, typing, and processing invoices and requisitions.
• Administer contract processes within the OnSpring legal management system from initiation through completion.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to ensure timely contract execution.
• Monitor legal department mailboxes for incoming litigation, claims, contracts, and legal inquiries.
• Conduct pre-claim and litigation investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments.
