Job summary

Liberty Diversified International (LDI) seeks a Planner Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules for our Becker, Minnesota paper roll stock operation. You will coordinate daily schedules with the End-to-End Planning Team, production, customer service, and sales to meet customer requirements and optimize plant operations.

The role requires 3+ years in production scheduling or related fields, basic Excel/Outlook/Word skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, customer service, or related role.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules using orders, inventory, and capacity.
• Schedule paper machine production activities and adjust for changes.
• Release production orders to manufacturing.
• Monitor performance against schedules and close schedules on completion.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate schedule updates with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Planning.
• Serve as backup to Customer Service during absences.
• Follow safety and company policies.
• Maintain a positive work environment and communicate effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
