Job summary

The Keller Group in the Greater Phoenix area is seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of client campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work.

You will partner with account teams, build data-driven media plans, tune spend, and deliver regular insights tied to each client's KPIs, while supporting organic social efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on paid social experience; agency background preferred.
• Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Familiarity with programmatic and demand-side platforms is a plus.
• PTO package and flexible schedule options.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid social campaigns for a mix of B2B and B2C clients.
• Build and present media plans aligned to client goals.
• Hands-on optimization inside ad platforms to improve performance.
• Support organic social efforts and ensure alignment with paid strategy.
• Develop reporting frameworks and deliver insights tied to KPIs.
• Be SME across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Understand how paid social fits into the overall media mix for smarter decisions.
• Collaborate with account services and cross-functional teams to keep campaigns on track.
• Keep pulse on new platforms, tools, and creative approaches.
